imposing restrictions on the times and means that students and employees can protest.

No problem. Arm the students/staff with AR weapons and they can have all night to drink and shoot at those outside the buildings. A plink-a-thon?

Then the govt will ban WEAPONS--in violation of the Second Amendment....

Of course, anyone wearing a mask outside is an automatic target. 5000 points?
