I'll take this as an admission that Trump didn't declare Martial Law during COVID and didn't act as a dictator.
Yes on the first, no on the second. It's a matter of fact that he didn't declare martial law. It's also a matter of fact they he tried to govern by decree, as a dictator would. He was frustrated by the courts, and occasionally Congress. Which led -at least in part- to his envying Xi, and Xi's not having to deal with such democratic niceties as a Congress and a judiciary that respects the rule of law.
