Putin does have some legitimate security concerns that will be problematic for any deal Trump attempts. Tulsi is right. The issue is just not swapping occupied territory and calling it a day. I heard a General explain a while back on the network that shall not be named, how a ground war would unfold in that theater. One thing, Ukraine joining NATO creates a hot border whereas a neutral Ukraine provides a buffer. I don't have advice for Trump or Putin on the matter, just saying other issues exist.
