We now have various multi-billionaires with their hands all over the powers of government.

People like Musk, Bezos, Zuckerberg, et al., made their vast fortunes through creativity and hard work, but also through the use of cheap labor, creation of monopolies, ruthlessness, plain old fashioned avarice, and always looking out for number one.

Now that they will access to billions, if not trillions, of our hard earned dollars, I’m sure they will miraculously (Lordy, Lordy!) turn into benevolent despots and will be looking out for the interest of the country, the shrinking middle class, and the poor.

Or, giving that are working with one the greediest people alive (God Bless the USA Bibles, gold colored sneakers, crypto, boots, fake coins, cheap guitars, NFTs, cheap watches, … nothing is too small to grift), they’ll continue to do what they’ve done their entire lives. Use their vast power to create even more wealth for themselves.
