Some friends pointed out to me a funny family dispute. The WSJ reported that BRK purchased more shares of OXY according to the last report increasing its ownership from 21% to 28%. Meanwhile, it's family member - Barron's - was reporting that this didn't happen. The change was just the warrants that BRK already owned being included as ownership.

Had these been exercised even later, BRK would have had to report this purchase in a few days because their existing ownership of OXY already exceeded 10%.

I don't subscribe to either so can't provide links - but I can see them via Apple News.
