I may be naive, but if I knew there was an order saying they were illegal, and it was my job to implement some part of them, I would stop. I'm assuming that if I were to continue, I would be violating the court order. I'm not going to jail for my job.

They’ve lost their fear of federal courts. Who is there to arrest them if they thumb their noses at a court order?
