“ Exactly how do we know that Dr. Fauci believes Ivermectin is safe, and might be effective?“ Fauci is on the team of medical experts helping Cuomo deal with his medical issues. If Fauci thought it wasn’t safe, there is no way cuomo would take it. A trial would help to determine if the drug is effective.
