The sale of the remaining 20% of Pilot to Berkshire apparently is complete. It will be interesting to find out how much Berkshire paid. That may shed some light on how they settled the lawsuit. Anyway, the fact that Berkshire no longer has to deal with the Haslams seems like a good thing.
