Tell us (me) what you think of these new J6 videos showing protesters getting unruly after Capitol Police fired flash-bang grenades and teargassed the crowds?

How do the videos show that? The earliest of the linked videos is labeled as taking place at 1:07. The mob was already unruly before that. By that time, the rioters had already overrun three layers of police barriers and forced the police to retreat to the based of the capitol steps. Which is why the police called for emergency back-up - the mob had already broken through their perimeter.

I'm not sure what you think this shows. If you participate in a riot and overrun the police positions, they will call for back-up - and the back-up will use standard riot control tactics if the situation doesn't respond. Those riot control tactics - like tear gas - don't make people break into the U.S. Capitol.
