Did you end up doing any active looking into Zoetis? I am starting a round of searching for a new business to add to he portfolio. This seemed interesting and I think I will start investing a little time looking into it. But concerned the business trends all seem negative in their results. Has anyone else done any looking?
I only purchased Shake Shack. Zoetis was the 2nd most appealing name at the time to me (though Fastly would have been the best pick in retrospect).
I did fairly topical research. The patent expiration issue, development pipeline, ability to defend against generics are all factors I'm not able to analyze confidently. The short ratio worried me for a stock with a nontrivial dividend, too.
I'm still watching ZTS, it fits into a profile I've been actively investing in. I'm curious what you end up doing.
