Excellent thinking on this. Quickly - AI is great at assembling facts for our distillation & accelerated learning about unfamiliar topics. Or, in the case of coding, building something that makes us more efficient while working through all the technical plumbing that still stands in the way of 95% of people doing it for themselves.

But, used as a cudgel - as it too often is, i.e. my oldest brother digging up yet another fact set that reinforces a belief or an opinion he already has convinced himself is The Truth - it's just faster and more strident chest-pounding and "I'm right" grunting.

It still takes - must take - human judgement and experience to debate, choose from and apply AI's suggested solutions from its crawling of websites that takes us 1000x longer to click through. And then drive and execute on those plans.
