Interesting that Warren traveled out to Wisconsin with Howie and Greg. Family owned private company, products sold in over 50 countries, #1 in a decidedly unsexy field. You can imagine them calling with a price and not offering it to anybody else.

This acquisition, while tiny, during the Artificial Intelligence boom reminds me of buying a brick company during the height of dot-com mania.
