That seems reasonable to me. And I think some of Trumps EO suspending this or cancelling that, not sure about the deferred resignation program, invited Department heads to bring exception requests to the President which will be granted if they make sense. Don't bother, I will do it for you, "But Mike, Trump is worst person on earth to know what makes sense, after all he did .... ad infinitum. And BTW, you are in a cult and people are laughing at you."
