"Most nurses, doctors and other staff caring for military veterans through the Department of Veterans Affairs are not eligible for the Trump administration’s deferred resignation offer, according to an email sent Friday by VA leadership to staff.

That seems reasonable to me. And I think some of Trumps EO suspending this or cancelling that, not sure about the deferred resignation program, invited Department heads to bring exception requests to the President which will be granted if they make sense. Don't bother, I will do it for you, "But Mike, Trump is worst person on earth to know what makes sense, after all he did .... ad infinitum. And BTW, you are in a cult and people are laughing at you." Ouch, the truth stings...
