Firstly, Biden did not "ignore" the Supreme Court. He accepted the ruling and used an alternative approach, consistent with the ruling, to achieve the objective.

Secondly, if you consider student loan forgiveness and disappearing individuals into an El Salvador prison without due process to be on an equivalent moral plane, then there's no point in us having this conversation.

No one is arguing about whether violent noncitizens can be deported. We ARE arguing about whether individuals who are rounded up should have an opportunity to show that they are in fact not violent noncitizens. They were in custody and therefore presented no danger to the public. No legitimate purpose was served by denying due process. We are a nation of laws--or so I had come to believe.
