...freeze on new Medicare enrollments for specific hospice and home health agencies

Give the old phartz another lecture on "traditional family values" and tell them to move in with, and sponge off of, their spawn and siblings, instead.

I have no spawn or siblings, so I would, instead, get a lecture on "personal responsibility", and told I should have created spawn, so I could sponge off them in my dotage.
