I pass my gratitude sincerely to everyone else also for such kind and supportive words.

We want this to work long-term - and it will - but just a few notes on short-term actions:

1. Whilst some users at discussion.fool.com will return here, preferring the cultural idiosyncrasies of this platform, there are many other users who have simply left. These are the ones that especially must be found, and returned! Please go through all your email correspondence to try to identify these lost souls, and let them know that their home as not been taken away from them. This part doesn't depend on me - it *only* depends on you. Actions.

2. When letting people know about Shrewdom (a compound-term for Shrewd-Kingdom), please pass them www.shrewdom.com, and not the digitalscores url. Why? Because www.shrewdom.com is permanent and digitalscores is temporary and it would be a shame if they return to the link later and it does not work. If you published links to digitalscores already and can edit, change it to www.shrewdom.com.

3. Starting posting interesting insights about Berkshire here without question, but also please cast your attention widely also: try to help to save lost cultures elsewhere. I'm still resurrecting other boards that have gone missing (or their inhabitants at least!) so please help to find these communities and bring them back. Also post at the Shrewdom board 'Any Missing Board Requested Here' about any boards that you want returned -IF- you are prepared to also help round up the community.

Other than that.. Smell the roses, and Shrewd on!
