The new Mexican President-Elect Claudia Sheinbaum is a physicist and engineer with a PhD in energy engineering. Her Nobel claim comes on the strength of being one of the thousands of scientists and engineers who contributed to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change which shared the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize with Al Gore.

Of course, the science Nobels can't be shared between more than three people.

Feels like the value of a Nobel Prize is being watered down if thousands of people are claiming it.
