Then apply that rationale: Elon, Bezos, etc can ALL afford to PAY FOR millions and millions of new 1300sf homes, properly built and sited. So, they are REQUIRED to do so (thus, NOT FREE = NOT Communistical). It is a LEGITIMATE TAX DEDUCTION, after all. Then the homes are all given away in a lottery. Historic precedents already set by Musk in elections. No RATIONAL reason for them to NOT do it.
