With the billionaires' club he has assembled, I think it is going to be like Andrew Jackson. I once read that he treated the US Treasury as his own (and his friends') personal stash. It may not be as easy today, but they'll push policies (and agency heads) that further their interests, and damned the little people. That's my prediction, anyway.
