For any Stockcharts subscribers, here's an "advanced scan" criteria way to run the original basic screen (top 5 SMA21 to SMA200 ratio)

[TYPE IS STOCK] AND [GROUP IS NASDAQ100] AND [SMA(21,CLOSE) / SMA(200,CLOSE) > 1.2] (picked 1.2 as an arbitrary cutoff - this time it came up with 12)
RANK BY [SMA(21,CLOSE) / SMA(200,CLOSE)
