Has anybody had dealings with EQ?
Their website and customer service department seem to be deliberately designed to frustrate and infuriate this shareholder. I just got off 60 minutes on the phone with them, my third -long- call in the past month; waiting for snail-mailed documents in between. Still no sign of ever being able to access my account.
