We win over Canada tonight! Big electric tough game---although it ain't over yet.

But we won.

My man Larkin from Detroit got a goal and assist ----and even though he's our Captain in Detroit....he was 4th line tonight and did a goal and an assist and in his words he just wanted to "be a great teammate"-- I like to think that's a bit of our old Captains - Yzerman, Lidstrom, and Zetterberg inside him....the Captaincy is a big deal to the Redwings.

Th Tkachuk brothers.....man what can I say. They took on the "boos" from that Montreal audience....and delivered some AMERICA to the other side --lol within the first 30 seconds of the game. Man they are just like their Dad.


Whew! Haven't been this into a hockey game since back in the day when my Wings are contenders.
