Warrant holders have the opportunity to exercise their Warrants at a temporarily reduced price of $21.30 (instead of $22). How would you expect these warrants to trade, based on this offer? Could you expect sell them on March 31 and then buy them back the next day for $.70 less, assuming no change in the price of OXY? That assumes there are warrants to trade on April 1, but I imagine not everyone would exercise at the lower price.
