Biden's speaking style is to try to generate some empathy with his audience by way of some personal anecdote or story that he tries to relate to whatever the situation is.

Dang... that ranks right up there with Fat Don's rapey, multiple fraud convictions, election denying self, insurrection promoting, racist, bigoted pandering self.
