The job of the USPS is to deliver the mail--which is determined by the mailer, not the govt.

The Post Office has rules about what can, and cannot, be sent through the mail. The head of the Post Office, is a political appointee. Remember how Trump's boy, and big GOP donor, Louis DeJoy, was appointed in time to mess up postal service in time for the fall of 2020?
