It's actually a precedent for the authoritarian Left.

I know we are short term thinkers and now our short term thinking is weaponized by 24/7 news cycles and then the death knell - phones and social media.

BUT.....

One day the Left will be in power.

And they will also use troops.

But not to save lives of "those people" in the inner cities they relegated to self genocide a half decade ago.

They'll use troops or aother authoritarian weapons. OR Big Tech. To enforce things in our daily lives be it how much heating oil or electricity we use. How much water we use. How often we use a BBQ grill or what kidn of oven the local pizza joint is using. What social indoctrinations we're resisting.

The Authoritarian Left has been itching for this but right now they sare too focused on TrumpHate.

Eventually Trump will go.

And eventually the Authoritarian Left will use anything from troops to Big Tech to enforce their authoritarian whims.
