Boom! There it is.

Just hours after an appeals court denied Trump's attempt to block Pence's testimony, Pence spent most all of today (seven hours) before the federal grand jury in the special counsel's probe into January 6th. This has to be one of the last major steps that Jack Smith had to take before deciding whether or not to charge Trump.
