When DOGE destroyed USAID, they destroyed programs of lifesaving aid (medicine, food, expertise etc. etc.) to many African nations that have now turned to China for that assistance.
Of course, as a price for that aid, these countries are now signing away natural resources and land for future Chinese military bases.

Oh for Heavens Sake..China has been loaning Africa billions of dollars and Aid for YEARS,
it just didn’t happen recently.
