MAGAworld must be outraged that Clarence Thomas isn't being prosecuted for tax crimes for which the average citizen would be skewered.

Clarence, like HunterBiden needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for his undeclared cash and gifts.

"Clarence Thomas never reported the $267,000 loan forgiveness for his RV, not on his taxes nor on his federal financial disclosures that every high level U.S. official must complete annually.

That huge windfall created a taxable event. When a loan is forgiven by a lender, it is generally treated as income to the borrower. If Billionaire Welters intended to make a quarter million dollar gift to the Clarence Thomas, he would have had to disclose that on a federal gift form for tax purposes.

Either way, based on the record we have, it doesn't appear that the Thomases reported over a quarter million dollar windfall in 2008. For a Supreme Court justice who is charged with upholding and interpreting the laws of the land to so flagrantly violate them is certainly grounds for congressional action, including impeachment."

Did Welters take the deduction or are he and Thomas both tax criminals?
