Absolutely there needs to be free elections and soon. Machado is spot on: the last thing Venezuela needs is Chevron and co. increasing corruption by bribing local hacks to get the oil flowing again -or- creating a scenario where Delcy Rodriguez and her cronies are South America's newest billionaires.
