BRK sells DAVITA Inc: 182,980 shares at $199.55 to total $36,513,293 on July 31.

I am guessing that DVA continues to buy shares, forcing BRK to sell down to stay within ownership contraints.

DVA hit $240 in late July. $179 currently.
