If Buffett was a betting man, I would bet 1000 Bs that Buffett and Gates made a deal, you resign from the board of brkb, and you can remain affiliated and active with the foundation and Buffett would continue his donations to the Gates Foundation. The Gates Foundation has done some incredible work, globally. As brk partners, the recipients of those donations, going forward, isn't material to us, unless, the new recipients , 10b5 filing, is significantly different, from the Gates Foundation 10b5 filings. Gates has clearly put Buffett in an, uncomfortable position, to be kind.
