1. Fix potholes
2. Lock up criminals (<--- this is the one the left hates, but that's beside the point)
3. Pick up the trash
4. Plow the snow.

Up here in Seattle, we had a reliable leftist goober Mayor who was undone because he was utterly incompetent at #4. Guess who else is falling down on the job for both #3 and #4?
