You're really stupid enough to believe that horseshit. The U.S. built a post World War 2 world order that was centered around itself, economically, militarily, politically, strategically. It was built primarily around U.S. interests and it benefited the U.S. Never in the history of the world has such a global empire self destructed so rapidly by shooting itself in the face, by deciding that it no longer had interest in maintaining, and funding, its leadership status.
