Women in the military can get pregnant. They will need healthcare while pregnant. That you want to ignore this doesn't make it go away, it just makes you willfully ignorant.
It is no different than the military writing policies and procedures about general soldier healthcare or getting vaccine shots, or any of that. Just normal stuff that your political masters blow up into culture wars in order to outrage the ignorant masses.
