So much for free speech when some crazy tried to shoot Kirt dead during his appearance.

In what way does Kirk’s shooting involve the government banning free speech.

Again, it has nothing to do with banning free speech…… unless the government starts arresting people for what they say about it.

Whoever did it should be arrested and prosecuted for shooting him, but also for violating Kirk’s right to say what he thinks, regardless of how crazy I may personally think it is.

So either we say we stand for the constitutional right of free speech, or we don’t. The government must enforce that right impartially, or that right doesn’t exist.
