"So what do you think we should be doing to counter Chinese aggression?"

One thing to do is to stop repeating the mistakes of the past of giving away cutting edge technologies to China to help them leapfrog the west.

Like prevent China from accessing the tools required to produce high end microchips and have the federal government subsidize the domestic chip industry.

One political party has been leading in trying to cut off key technologies to China. You are on the wrong side of them.
