The other victim here is Glenn Valley Foods themselves, who used E-Verify and complied with the law.

Seems they would have valid standing to sue both the state AND federal govts for malfeasance and misrepresentation of the validity of E-Verify. And then be eligible to collect megabucks in compensatory compensation. Sentence the politicians to work at the plant for the rest of their lives.
