What "palaces of genius" he's talking about I'm not sure, but it probably has something to do with all the tech titans present at this same press conference.
I have a friend in the high tech world that just got laid off as his job was moved to India. The world has been building "genius" capacity outside the US for several decades now. It has been pretty rough sledding for those trying to offshore high tech jobs, but it continually gets easier. The world is a VERY DIFFERENT place than it was "back in the day".
