I hate the limits on abortions because they are brainless. Consider a woman 6 months along. She almost certainly wanted it or she would have taken steps much earlier. Therefore, something happened to change her calculus. Time limit legislation can't account for all the possibilities, and doesn't even try. Which is why it will always be bad legislation.

The issue is far too complex to leave to legislators. It should be left to the woman and her doctor.
