KARL: You're saying that big tariffs on things like laptops & all those iPhones built in China, they're temporarily off but they're gonna be coming right back in a month?

LUTNICK: Correct. That's right. Semiconductors & pharmaceuticals will have a tariff model in order to encourage them to reshore
