Back when the government actually did stuff for the people, they established the RUS. It brought electricity to millions who were not in high-density population centers.

Well, government doesn't really work anymore. The Reps have been saying it for 50 years, and working tirelessly to make sure it was true. Now, our grid is pathetic. In an era where we demand more power for more things, our grid is largely neglected.

China, on the other hand, is putting us to shame.
