Firing General Haugh and Wendy Noble was absurd. If you don't believe me (and I was a *very* hard grader of my leaders in my NSA arc, that spanned four different 4-star Directors), well, then take it from former Deputy Director Rick Ledgett. Who I know, worked for twice, and is hardly some partisan hack.

This was self-inflicted stupidity. There's not a single valid, evidence- or performance-based reason for this to have happened.
