And he pissed all over then Democratic National Committee chair Howard Dean after the 2006 Mid-Terms when Dean orchestrated a fifty-state strategy that saw democrats win control of both houses of Congress for the first time since the 1994 election and, for the first time since the creation of the Republican party in 1854, saw no republican capture any House, Senate, or Gubernatorial seat previously held by a Democrat.
