Cody Balmer, 38, of Harrisburg was arrested and charged with attempted murder, aggravated arson, burglary, terrorism and related offenses. Reporters are beginning to go through Balmer's social media which so far seems to be anti-Biden, pro-Trump.

When asked what he planned to do if he encountered the governor in his home, Balmer said he would have beaten him with a hammer.
