Fix the units for Long Term Debt
Add column 'Cash - LTD'

IIRC you do this twice, once for 'Long Term Debt - From 0' and once for 'No Long Term Debt'.

This produced a list similar to Jim's but not the same.
The top 32 of the 40 stocks were the same as Jim's with one exception, and it was clearly an error in the data.
The 8 missing stocks didn't make my list of 269 stocks.
