H.R. Puffenstuff can't even tie his own shoelaces without falling over.

His job was to not to let it happen in the first place.

Oh wait--his REAL job was to look the other way while it happened in the first place.

"Yeah sure the buck stops here. Can't you get over this already?"

It's like a serial cheater who finally gets caught by their spouse and then says "Sorry. O.K. I apologized can we move past this now? Why don't you forgive me, it's been 5 minutes already."
