Barron's put out an article about Berkshire's acquisition of additional Pilot Company shares, expected in Q1, which will take Berkshire's ownership from 38.6% to 80%. The price will be determined by a formula that uses 2022 earnings and the net debt of Pilot at 12/31/22.

Berkshire has not bought or sold any shares but because they are part of a control group with certain 3G entities, when 3G distributes stock to their investors or sells KHC shares, Berkshire's filings show fewer shares in the control group. Berkshire continues to own about 26.6% of Kraft Heinz (not the 34.5% reported in this morning's 13G)
