How is this supposed to be some kind of "dunk" on Caroline Leavitt?
It kind of sounds like Leavitt's brother may have gotten baby-trapped by a Brazilian woman grifting a green card scam/immigration scam of some kind.
The brother, Michael Levitt, sounds like he has full custody of their 11 year old son and isn't really in contact with the baby mama.
And what's with this Pomerleau dude, does he have all the immigration cases, or just the ones where he can get lots of publicity (and money) for himself, draining all the assets before the person in question inevitably gets deported?
