Here we go -- you knew it was coming, right?

Fox News this morning is arguing that a foundational element and distinguishing feature of democracy, due process -- that no person can be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law, guaranteeing fair procedures and fundamental rights -- is too impractical to keep.

BRIAN KILMEADE: “It's not practical to think that we can do due process on 8 million people.”

JONES: “No.”

RACHEL CAMPOS-DUFFY: “That's right.”

Have at it cultists: tell us how actual innocence doesn't matter and how due process is supposed to be “practical” (it's not; it's supposed to protect people from unjust prosecutions and detentions).
